Yields a small casserole dish

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Baking time: 30 minutes


• 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts (approximately 7 ounces each) - drained

• 1 cup mayonnaise

• 1 cup Parmesan cheese

• Dash of Tabasco


• Small ovenproof casserole dish


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Cut artichoke hearts and mash with a fork (DO NOT use a blender/food processor)

  3. Add all other ingredients and bake uncovered for 30 minutes until lightly browned


• Can top with slivered almonds after baking and broil for a minute
