Artichoke Dip
Yields a small casserole dish
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Baking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
• 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts (approximately 7 ounces each) - drained
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese
• Dash of Tabasco
Tools:
• Small ovenproof casserole dish
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cut artichoke hearts and mash with a fork (DO NOT use a blender/food processor)

Add all other ingredients and bake uncovered for 30 minutes until lightly browned
Note:
• Can top with slivered almonds after baking and broil for a minute
