Bacon and Watermelon Rinds

Baking time: 30-40 minutes
Ingredients:
• 2 jars pickled watermelon rinds – drained
• 1 pound thin sliced bacon – cut in half
• Club crackers
Tools:
• Baking sheet
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cut the watermelon rinds in half (if necessary) – pieces should be approximately 1 inch square

Place watermelon rind on a cracker and wrap 1⁄2/ sliced bacon snugly around – tuck ends under cracker

Place wrapped crackers on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes until browned and crisp

Serve immediately
