Yields 1 large serving tray

Preparation time: 30-45 minutes

Baking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 package of pita bread (whole wheat is preferred)

• 2 cups yellow cheddar cheese

• 2 cups mozzarella cheese

• 1 cup Swiss cheese

• 1 1⁄4 cups parmesan cheese

• 3 cups mayonnaise

• 2 teaspoons basil

• 1⁄2 teaspoon thyme leaves

• 2 teaspoons oregano

• 1 teaspoon garlic salt

• Sun-dried tomatoes – finely chopped

(Note: Jamie Macon’s variation uses 1⁄2 mayonnaise and 1⁄2 Stonewall Kitchen’s BBQ Aioli)

Directions:

  1. Mix cheeses together in a separate bowl

  2. Combine mayo and herbs and mix in with the

  3. Cut off the outside edges of the pita so that you have two layers

  4. Spread on a pita half

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes

  6. Cut the pita into bite size pizza slices and serve
