Baking time: 3 hours

Ingredients:

• 3 pounds beef cubes

• 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup - undiluted

• 1 can Dark Mushroom soup - undiluted

• 1 can French Onion soup - undiluted

• 3⁄4 can of burgundy wine (or available hearty red wine)

• Rice or noodles

Tools:

• 7 quart Dutch Oven

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees

• Mix all ingredients together and bake for approximately 3 hours or until meat is tender

• Top over rice or noodles and serve
