Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

• 2 pounds veal cutlets

• 2 eggs

• 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

• 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese

• 1⁄2 pound mozzarella cheese

• 3⁄4 cup dry bread crumbs

• 1⁄2 cup olive oil

• 16 ounces canned tomato sauce

• 1 teaspoon salt

• Dash pepper

• 1⁄4 teaspoon basil

• 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic salt

• 1 tablespoon butter

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs, salt, pepper and add crumbs

  2. Dip cutlets in mixture

  3. Brown cutlets well in oil and then place in baking dish

  4. Heat Worcestershire, tomato sauce, basil, garlic salt and butter for 5 minutes

  5. Pour over veal, sprinkle with parmesan cheese

  6. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes

  7. Remove cover, place slice of mozzarella cheese over each cutlet and bake until cheese melts.
