Serves 4

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

• 4 ears fresh corn

• 1⁄2 cup heavy cream

• 2 tablespoons butter

• 2 teaspoons Herbs de Provence

• Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Tools:

• Large skillet or sauté pan

Directions:

  1. Cut the corn off the cob into the skillet/pan

  2. Add the cream, butter and spices

  3. Stir over medium heat until cream is absorbed – approximately 10 minutes

  4. Turn heat to low and simmer for another 5 minutes or until ready to serve
